Offer job seekers the opportunity to visit your website to take, online, a free personality test and obtain an in-depth report.  Publicise this offer in your on and off-line  recruitment advertisements and on other forms of publicity. 

For example: advertise the offer in branches; purchase receipts; delivery notes; newsletters to customers; on the public as well as recruitment area of your website; even on invoices! etc.  Add tag lines such as:

The test is not a 'fun' test.  It is an abridged version of The Personality Type Questionnaire - used widely in the business world for coaching and development.  Immediately on completing the test you will receive an in-depth report on your personality.  All in total confidence.'

2.  Job seekers (and others) visit your site to complete the test online.  Results are delivered to the test-taker immediately.

Whilst completing the test and reading their reports test-takers are presented with repeated messages about the benefits of working with your organisation.

3.  Test-takers can also be encouraged to 'Email-a-Friend' who they think might be interested in a job - or simply interested in completing the test.
